Regional Property Manager – Nevada

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class A rental communities in Nevada. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market, and operational reports to ensure performance targets are met.
• Develop and execute action plans that improve operational, financial, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to enhance asset and team performance.
• Lead the implementation of local and national initiatives, ensuring adoption of new protocols.
• Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and achievement of financial goals.
• Prepare and present regular performance, financial, and market trend reports to ownership and senior leadership.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to create effective marketing strategies and maintain optimal occupancy rates.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience as a regional property manager.
• Proven budget and financial management expertise.
• Experience managing Class A portfolios is highly desirable.
