Regional Property Manager – Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental housing assets in the Los Angeles region. The role will drive operational performance, financial results and tenant satisfaction across multiple communities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the portfolio and individual communities meet operational, financial and business performance goals through inspections, report reviews and action plans.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
• Lead implementation of local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption of revised protocols.
• Oversee budgeting, monitor financial targets and prepare regular performance reports for ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to develop marketing strategies, achieve optimal occupancy and minimize vacancy.
• Supervise maintenance and capital projects to ensure quality and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience as a Regional Property Manager or equivalent role.
• Proven experience managing budgets and financial performance of real‑estate portfolios.
• Ability to analyze operational, market and financial data and develop actionable plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Availability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule.
