Regional Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Project Manager at ULCS is responsible for scheduling projects, allocating resources, and coordinating onsite activities with project supervisors to support smarter, more resilient energy grids.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with project supervisors and subcontractors to ensure schedules and cost controls are met.
• Manage project risks, issues, and progress to achieve schedule, scope, and quality goals.
• Assist with problem resolution and risk mitigation as needed.
• Plan long‑term procurement of lead‑time items according to schedule.
• Identify coordination process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience creating and maintaining resource‑loaded project schedules.
• Experience using resource tools to manage capacity, forecast demand, and allocate employees.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
