About the role
We are looking for a Regional Onsite Manager to lead and optimise client‑site operations for Indeed Flex. Based in Austin, TX, you will oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts, drive performance and growth, and embed AI‑powered automation into everyday workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of approximately 10 Onsite Managers across multiple client sites.
- Own day‑to‑day quality, performance metrics and growth of onsite operations.
- Ensure fulfillment, retention and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets are met.
- Implement operational plans, monitor contract compliance and key performance indicators.
- Design and continuously improve processes, leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance recruitment processes and overall service delivery.
Required profile
- Experience in traditional staffing or recruitment, including hands‑on recruiting and running hiring events.
- Previous role as an Onsite Manager or equivalent client‑facing site leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead high‑volume operations or support teams.
- Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new software.
- Curiosity about AI and automation with a track record of scaling workflows.
- Adaptability in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments and strong analytical thinking.
