Regional Market President

About the role

The Regional Market President leads the Metro Branch network, ensuring that each full‑service office operates efficiently and aligns with the bank’s strategic plan, policies, and procedures. This senior position represents the bank in the community, builds relationships, and drives growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Metro Branch offices, delegating tasks to Branch Managers and supervisory staff.
• Direct and monitor branch lending programs, ensuring compliance and performance targets are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and community organizations.
• Represent the bank at civic and service club functions to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of loan production experience in agricultural, commercial, and consumer lending.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking management, loan production management, or branch management with a proven performance record.
• Additional bank‑specific training and certifications.
