Regional Manager – Retail & Food Production

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead a portfolio of 12‑20 company‑owned Retail Kitchens and Pantries in the Los Angeles area. This position combines food‑production oversight with direct‑to‑consumer retail sales, ensuring operational excellence, food‑safety compliance, and a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regional sales, margin, labor, and waste targets.
• Analyze KPIs, create action plans, and optimize staffing models.
• Drive local marketing, community engagement, and brand‑standard execution.
• Hire, coach, and develop Store/Kitchen Leaders and Pantry Managers.
• Build succession plans, manage performance, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Ensure consistent, premium customer experience across all formats.
• Maintain food‑safety standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑unit retail or food‑production teams.
