Regional Manager – Multi‑Location Medspa

About the role

The Regional Manager will own the day‑to‑day operations of multiple medspa locations, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience for every client. This high‑accountability position reports directly to senior leadership and acts as the first line of defense for operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and hold Location Managers and Patient Coordinators accountable for performance across all sites.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of managers and coordinators.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and manage improvement plans.
• Facilitate weekly manager and full‑team meetings to share updates, launch initiatives, and address challenges.
• Track, analyze, and act on key performance metrics; manage budgets and personnel costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Own scheduling, staffing alignment with traffic patterns, and resolve customer complaints, disputes, and negative reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail or service locations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High level of autonomy and accountability.
