Regional Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Regional Maintenance Manager leads KPI's Lifetime Services team to deliver maintenance excellence across multiple contract sites. This senior leader ensures assets perform optimally, drives continuous improvement, and upholds the company’s core values of safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Manage support documentation, root‑cause analysis, incident resolution, schedule compliance, and contractual KPIs.
• Oversee career training and performance reviews for technicians and supervisors.
• Directly manage Resident Maintenance Facility Technicians across multiple locations.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain transparent client communications.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, and perform regular compliance audits.
• Allocate resources efficiently and mentor a diverse, multi‑disciplinary team.
