Regional Income Development Executive - Southwest Virginia

About the role

Zurich is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive sales of Finance & Insurance products within the automotive dealer market in Virginia and possibly parts of West Virginia. The role is remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting local dealerships.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with existing franchise automotive dealers and generate referrals for new F&I business.
• Support dealership performance through training, development initiatives, and ongoing communication.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and training events to promote Zurich’s offerings.
• Understand and respond to evolving technology and IT requirements of dealer accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
• Experience training dealership staff and familiarity with dealership technology.
• Basic understanding of Finance & Insurance products and warranty claim processes.

• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple dealer relationships.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
