Regional Education Consultant

About the role

ConnectPrep is seeking a Regional Education Consultant to drive new K‑12 client acquisition within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with parents, teachers, school district leaders and other education stakeholders to promote our academic, test‑prep, and college consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate relationships with parent groups, teachers, district officials, and private/charter schools.
• Attend conferences, speaking events, and trade shows to generate leads.
• Develop and execute action plans and sales schedules to meet quarterly targets.
• Manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive teaching experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the K‑12 market.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Proven track record of building relationships with high‑level education decision‑makers (e.g., superintendents, principals, PTAs).
• Experience attending industry events and trade shows.
• Flexible schedule and a creative, energetic attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite.
