Regional Director – Waterproofing

About the role

The Regional Director will lead the Cleveland office and broader Ohio operations for a major Midwestern contractor specializing in waterproofing and restoration. This senior leadership position offers autonomy to run a profitable business unit while leveraging national resources.

Key responsibilities

• Full accountability for regional performance, including sales growth, operations, financial results, talent development, and client relationships.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Superintendents, warehouse and administrative staff, as well as union field labor.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, build pipelines, and grow regional revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Proven success managing a P&L‑driven regional or business‑unit operation.
• Experience working with unionized trades and knowledge of labor agreements.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of cost drivers, margins, and profitability.
