Regional Digitalization Lead

About the role

The Regional Digitalization Lead will drive the digital transformation of our North American manufacturing sites within the Coatings business. Reporting to the regional leadership team, you will translate global digital strategies into actionable plans and enable sites to turn data into decisive actions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional digitalization roadmap for Greenville, Windsor and Tultitlán sites.
• Align global digital standards with local execution, ensuring consistent KPIs, tools and reporting.
• Guide site Digital Process Optimization leads, coaching them on best practices and dashboard standardization.
• Partner with the Regional Automation Lead to convert data‑driven decisions into automated system actions.
• Promote adoption of digital tools on the shop‑floor and support the development of scalable, reusable solutions.
• Lead regional digital projects from concept through stabilization, delivering measurable cost, efficiency and asset‑utilization improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with operations, engineering, IT and automation teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
