Regional Associate Chief Information Officer

About the role

The Regional Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) will partner with regional leadership teams to understand current and emerging needs, align them with the Information Management (IM) capabilities, and drive technology and process improvements across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Assess regional technology and processes, recommending efficiencies and expertise from IM.
• Support the development and execution of the IM vision, strategy, and regional IT strategic planning.
• Facilitate communication of problems, escalations, and opportunities to senior executives.
• Lead major information management programs and large‑scale project implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Healthcare, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in large, complex information systems, especially healthcare management information systems.
• Proven track record in geographically diverse organizations and successful large project delivery.
• Experience in IT strategy planning, customer support management, and presenting to C‑suite audiences.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes; CHCIO certification preferred.
