Regenerative Surgical Specialist – Baltimore

About the role

The Regenerative Surgical Specialist works closely with hospitals and clinics in the Baltimore territory, building new accounts and nurturing existing relationships to deliver successful patient outcomes. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the role is part of the Direct Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operating rooms, surgeons, clinics, and offices to sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide for burn accounts.
• Manage revenue targets, focusing on GPOs, new accounts, and expanding within existing accounts.
• Conduct in‑services and education with purchasing and OR staff as needed.
• Report sales forecasts and maintain customer data using Pipedrive and other Kerecis business planning tools.
• Educate customers on product reimbursement and utilize marketing and educational resources.
• Assist the Regional Business Director in developing go‑to‑market strategies for the territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Science, or Medical field.
• 5+ years of medical sales experience, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven high achievement in sales and success developing new hospital business.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills with ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
