Part‑Time Operations Manager / Clinic Director (Physician)

About the role

This part‑time Operations Manager 12 serves as Clinic Director and Physician across multiple affiliated behavioral‑health and primary‑care sites in Baltimore. You will provide comprehensive primary and integrated medical care while overseeing clinical operations and compliance for each organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face medical evaluations, wellness visits, and follow‑up care for enrolled clients.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including Medication‑Assisted Treatment, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document all encounters in the ICANotes EHR in compliance with COMAR, Medicaid, and payer standards.
• Support audit readiness, licensing inspections, and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies and act as clinical consultant for complex cases.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted Maryland Board of Physicians license (MD or DO) with DEA and Maryland CDS registration.
• MD or DO degree from an LCME‑ or COCA‑accredited school and residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine‑Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (preferred).
• 2–3 years post‑residency experience in primary care, community health, or integrated behavioral health.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ICANotes electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of CPT coding (codes 99202–99205, 99211–99215).
