Recruitment Subject Matter Expert – AI Systems

About the role

Turing is looking for experienced recruiters and HR professionals to serve as Subject Matter Experts for AI‑driven hiring systems. You will work remotely to design, test, and refine AI tools that automate sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows for our frontier‑AI customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic hiring and recruiting workflow scenarios for AI evaluation.
• Assess AI‑generated sourcing, screening, and candidate ranking outputs.
• Build synthetic candidate profiles, job requisitions, and scorecards to train models.
• Identify and document edge cases such as duplicate applications, offer approval failures, and ATS/HRIS synchronization issues.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR Business Partnering, TA Operations, or HR Operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Workday.
• Excellent written communication and comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Solid understanding of recruiting workflows and hiring operations.
