Recruitment Consultant – 4-Day Work Week

About the role

Join a specialist veterinary recruitment agency as it launches its first U.S. office in Austin. You will work a four‑day week (Monday‑Thursday) as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (permanent) or Contract Recruiter, handling both permanent and contract placements for veterinarians.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a new Austin recruitment team from day one.
• Leverage pre‑existing client agreements to source and place veterinary professionals.
• Utilise an AI‑native CRM and automation tools (Claude, Manus) to drive pipeline efficiency.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred, but strong sales or marketing backgrounds are also considered.
• Excellent communication skills with a relationship‑focused, hustle‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with AI‑enabled recruitment platforms is a plus).
