Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Profound is building the marketing platform for the AI era and needs a Recruiting Coordinator to shape its talent acquisition engine. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high‑touch, empathetic experience while supporting fast‑moving hiring needs across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones, keeping candidates informed and valued.
• Serve as the face of Profound for candidates, guiding them through the process with empathy and precision.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines, track progress, and keep the hiring engine running smoothly.
• Collaborate on recruiting programs and process improvements to help the team scale efficiently.
• Help build out the recruiting function, from tools and workflows to rituals that make Profound feel human.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, high‑volume assistance, or similar operational roles.
• Passionate about people and committed to delivering great candidate experiences.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Exceptional communicator who can build trust and bring calm to dynamic processes.
• Excited to help shape a growing company from the ground up.
