Recruiter (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its remote team. You will act as the main liaison between US‑based clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth matchmaking process from interview scheduling to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and coordinate schedules.
• Request and manage documentation required by clients.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles and match them to client needs using internal tools.
• Maintain and update candidate and job data in Workday.
• Engage candidates via email and WhatsApp throughout the hiring journey.
• Facilitate multi‑candidate interviews and verify start dates.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
