About the role

The Recruiter partners with leaders to source, engage, and hire top talent for both corporate and field operations. Reporting to the Lead Recruiter, this role drives strategic hiring decisions while delivering a candidate experience that reflects company values. Candidates must be based in the Houston area and able to attend onsite interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with hiring managers, providing updates on open roles, pipelines, and hiring needs.
• Develop and execute employment branding and outreach strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑impact corporate and field positions.
• Prioritize candidate fit, readiness, and long‑term potential over volume.
• Facilitate onsite interviews, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and priorities in a transforming department.
• Promote adoption of recruiting tools, processes, and systems with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Provide strategic guidance, market insights, and pipeline updates to hiring managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth or evolving organization.
• Experience hiring for a mix of corporate and field roles.
• High emotional intelligence and strong, persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.
