Recruiter – High‑Volume Hiring (Hybrid)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring in a high‑volume environment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, outreach, and extending offers while delivering a positive candidate experience. This hybrid position requires three days per week onsite in Denver.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume phone and video screening interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calling to build talent pipelines.
• Manage outbound outreach—including calls, texts, and emails—and follow up with leads.
• Guide candidates through the hiring lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Present and explain offers, address questions, and support negotiations within guidelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Meet or exceed recruiting activity and hiring metrics in a fast‑paced setting.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, screening effectiveness, and overall workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to conduct effective candidate screens and interviews.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially over the phone.
• Comfort with high‑volume outreach and calling.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation and compliance.
