Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Eau Claire, WI. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a wide range of positions, primarily in industrial and warehouse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Avature applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Avature ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
