About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Avature applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations and quick learner.
• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
