About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions across multiple levels and locations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and place the right talent, contributing directly to the company’s mission of changing lives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruiting for high‑volume industrial/warehouse roles.
• Source passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Avature).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, equitable selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Avature applicant tracking system.
