Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Schaumburg, IL. You will own the full life‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring the right talent to the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s Avature ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.
• Promote Kelly’s inclusive culture and uphold high standards of professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing scenarios, and work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience using the Avature applicant tracking system.
