About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Rochester office. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a range of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring the right talent to the right roles.

Key responsibilities

• Full life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Experience with a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Adaptable, resilient, and effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
