About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions. You will work onsite in Middletown, PA, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a fair, efficient selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain consistent, equitable assessment practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Experience with a staffing agency or onsite industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Adaptable, resilient, and effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
