Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Franklin, New Hampshire. In this on‑site position you will manage the full life‑cycle hiring process for a range of industrial and warehouse roles, helping match the right people with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for multiple positions across various levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent, fair and equitable selection process.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and HR partners.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency and high energy.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation skills with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in changing or ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening abilities.
