Recruiter – Full Cycle Recruiting (Onsite, Statesville, NC)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions in Statesville, NC. The role is on‑site and temporary, supporting multiple clients with high‑volume requisitions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 30 open requisitions simultaneously across different levels and geographic markets.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Handle walk‑in candidates and collaborate with branch staff and hiring managers.
• Utilize job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) to attract passive and active talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure equitable assessment practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
