Recovery Services Case Manager

About the role

This full‑time position supports individuals, families and the community in achieving lasting recovery from substance use challenges. The role combines accountability, compassion and cultural values to promote community wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, transportation, home visits and recovery support services while collaborating with community partners.
• Contribute to program development, outreach, community education and maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Support grant reporting, compliance and continuous program improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of case management, behavioral health, social services or related experience; supervision experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Human Services or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new software and case‑management systems.
