Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff at our Baton Rouge treatment facility. You will ensure smooth front‑desk operations while supporting the administrative needs of the center.

Key responsibilities

• Perform standard clerical duties such as emailing, filing, photocopying, faxing, and transcribing.
• Greet, process, and direct all facility visitors, answering questions from patients and families.
• Monitor phones and voicemail, routing calls and messages appropriately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, UPS and Amazon shipments.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and restock office supplies in the reception area.
• Maintain the pharmacy copay log and record all payments accurately.
• Perform administrative errands and any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in the treatment or healthcare industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability at all times.
