About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and staff at Audi Central Houston. The role combines front‑desk duties with support for dealership operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route the main phone line promptly and courteously.
- Greet customers and visitors, direct them to the appropriate department and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to relevant personnel.
- Manage incoming mail, packages and general communications.
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination and safety‑training logistics.
- Support Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and sales/service volume tracking through data compilation and reporting.
- Compile dealership playbook scores and help document processes.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
Required profile
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in an automotive or customer‑facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass background, MVR, drug test and hold a valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Basic data‑entry capabilities.
