About the role
Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is looking for a professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at its New York City office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished presence, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist investors, clients, candidates, and guests.
- Manage front‑desk operations, including visitor check‑in and security processes.
- Coordinate in‑person and virtual meetings (Zoom).
- Schedule and organize catered lunches and internal events.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies and liaise with vendors.
- Partner with the existing admin team to provide day‑to‑day support.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
- Experience in a financial or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
