Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Assistant to support the receipt of goods, product organization and basic inventory control in a fast‑paced operation located in Key Biscayne.

Key responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify product quantities, conditions and documentation at each delivery.
• Unload, move and safely store products, keeping receiving and warehouse areas clean and orderly.
• Accurately locate items, support product rotation and prepare internal transfers as needed.
• Check dates, temperatures and overall condition of products when applicable.
• Report discrepancies, damages or any operational issues to the manager.
• Assist with general stocking, inventory counts and internal logistics.
• Follow company safety, organization and handling procedures.
• Adapt to daily priorities and work with a sense of urgency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory, grocery or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a rapid, dynamic setting and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for product verification.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items up to 40‑50 lb.
• Responsible, organized and team‑oriented attitude.
