Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Voyage-Marche, Inc. is a growing importer and distributor of specialty food products from Europe. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, international shipments, inventory, and related accounting activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders with European suppliers and oversee delivery through our third‑party logistics provider.
• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and transportation logistics.
• Track inbound shipments and proactively resolve supply‑chain issues.
• Process customer purchase orders, generate sales orders, coordinate warehouse fulfillment, and issue invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals and set up new products in internal systems.
• Maintain product costing sheets, pricing analyses, and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare sales, inventory, purchasing, and management reports.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, accounting, or business analysis.
• Experience with QuickBooks or comparable ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
