Real Estate Services Summer Intern (Houston)

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking a motivated summer intern to support Real Estate Services at its Houston branch. The intern will assist with administrative and operational tasks, helping ensure the facility runs smoothly while gaining exposure to central banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry, validation, and analysis using Microsoft 365 and AI‑enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Create, format, and enhance documents and presentations; process service requests in the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
• Organize drawing archives, conduct field measurements, and gather site information.
• Support graphic‑design tasks with traditional and AI‑based tools and conduct basic calculations to improve workflow.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for service‑request tracking.
