About the role

The Razorback Analytic Fellow‑2 is a temporary, fixed‑term clerical position supporting the analytics team at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. The role provides essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth operation of data‑related projects and university initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry, document preparation, and record‑keeping for analytics projects.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating communications.
• Support the creation and distribution of routine reports and presentations.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Provide general office support, including answering inquiries and managing correspondence.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees or graduate assistants).
• Ability to work on‑site in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
