Radio + Digital Account Executive

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring a Radio + Digital Account Executive in Hartford. The role uses iHeart's broadcast and digital marketing products to identify and develop new business through in-person meetings and research, and to grow existing business through daily cold calling. Uncapped commission is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Learn iHeart's broadcast and digital marketing products and use them to meet clients' expectations
• Identify and develop new business through in-person meetings with clients and research
• Cultivate existing business through consistent daily cold calling
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create marketing campaigns
• Deliver data-backed sales presentations

Required profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator and proactive
• Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and persuasive communication skills
• Able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred)
• Digital/media sales experience is a plus
