About the role

The Racquet Sports & Activities Professional will join the newly renovated Coral Cove Tennis and Racquet Club at Yacht Haven Grande, delivering high‑quality instruction and service across tennis, padel, and pickleball. This full‑time, on‑site position supports a vibrant member community in a premier marina setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide private, group, and clinic instruction for tennis, padel, and pickleball.
• Develop junior programs and oversee player development pathways.
• Organise and run leagues, tournaments, and special events.
• Maintain courts, equipment, and related facilities to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with club management on scheduling, member communication, and service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching tennis, padel, and/or pickleball to a range of ages and skill levels.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to create an engaging, welcoming environment.
• Willingness to reside full‑time on St. Thomas, USVI.
• Professional demeanor, energy, and passion for racquet sports.
