About the role
The Athletic Club Manager leads daily operations, programming, and guest experience for Coral Cove Tennis and Racquet Club, a private recreation facility at Yacht Haven Grande in St. Thomas, USVI. The role oversees a range of amenities including tennis, pickleball, padel courts, a volleyball area, a lagoon‑style pool, retail spaces, and special events, ensuring a premier hospitality and sports experience for members, guests, residents, and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of sport courts, volleyball area, pool and lounge, and retail/guest service zones.
- Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, properly maintained, and meet high service standards.
- Manage programming, membership services, and the overall guest experience.
- Drive membership growth and increase facility utilization.
- Coordinate tournaments, events, and special activities.
- Supervise and develop staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
Required profile
- Full‑time residency on St. Thomas, USVI.
