Quick Lane Technician – Full-time

About the role

The Quick Lane Technician provides fast, thorough lubrication services for customer vehicles while coordinating with the Production Foreman. This role ensures each car is serviced efficiently, kept clean, and any additional maintenance needs are identified and communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all automotive lubrication services, including oil changes, fluid top‑offs, and filter replacements.
• Conduct a quick visual check of the vehicle (battery, lights, tires) and refer needed repairs to the Service Advisor.
• Operate and maintain lubrication equipment and service lifts.
• Receive repair orders, lift the vehicle, lubricate, and look for other service items.
• Keep the work area and customer vehicle clean.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and report any safety incidents.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience as a technician’s helper, apprentice, or lube technician in a dealership or service shop.
• Own basic hand tool set (wrenches, socket set, impact wrench, torque wrench).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment drug test, background check, and motor‑vehicle record review.
