Quality Operations Program Manager

About the role

Veeva Systems, a leading life‑sciences cloud provider, is seeking a Quality Operations Program Manager to own and improve its Quality Management System processes. The role ensures integrity, compliance, and effective document control across multiple product lines and regulated domains, supporting Veeva’s mission to bring therapies to patients faster.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for the Document Control process, creating and managing the lifecycle of quality processes and records.
• Provide quality oversight on regulated activities, including process definition, validation testing, and product releases/changes.
• Interpret federal regulations and quality system requirements, offering technical guidance to teams.
• Develop and track metrics to assess effectiveness and productivity of domain systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in a regulated quality role within life sciences.
• Hands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems (documentation, training, change control, CAPA).
• Experience with electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS) and/or electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations, 21 CFR 11, ICH Q10, QSR and ISO 9001.
• Excellent process‑mapping, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
