Quality Multi-Function Manager (FAB)

About the role

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston is seeking a Quality Multi-Function Manager (FAB) to lead the Product Inspection team. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with manufacturing and quality processes for advanced composite aerostructures used on the Airbus A350 XWB.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce adherence to aviation quality and regulatory standards across the FAB production line.
• Identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and secure the manufacturing environment.
• Lead cross‑functional quality integration, providing guidance to quality, engineering, and production teams.
• Oversee audits, non‑conformance reporting, and corrective action implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with international standards and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation or aerospace quality management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams and driving process excellence.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards applicable to aircraft production.
