Quality Control Line Technician – Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Control Line Technician supports in‑process quality assurance on the production floor of Drylock Technologies, a global hygiene product manufacturer. You will ensure that finished goods meet both company and customer specifications through real‑time inspection, testing, and effective communication with production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑process and finished‑product inspections according to established quality standards.
• Conduct product testing using approved methods such as Rewet, Absorbent Capacity, Side Seam Bond Strength, Tab Shear and Peel Strength, Elastic Creep and Elongation, Dimensional Measurements, and visual defect identification.
• Monitor product quality during runs, identify deviations, and immediately communicate concerns to operators, production leaders, and quality management.
• Support line checks, start‑up verifications, and change‑over inspections.
• Assist with containment, quarantine of non‑conforming product, and complete release documentation.
• Enter and maintain quality data accurately in the designated systems while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous manufacturing or quality experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math skills for measurement and data recording.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
