Quality Control I – Manufacturing

About the role
MOO is looking for a proactive Quality Control I to join its Quality and Engineering Team. You will be the frontline guardian of product quality, collecting production data, managing rework and containment, and conducting audits to ensure our print and digital products meet high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in incoming material inspections according to the established control plan.
- Conduct regular process audits on the production floor to verify compliance with documented quality standards.
- Administer and execute containment and rework actions for non‑conforming products.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying, containing, and solving quality issues.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and organized with a strong foundation in quality‑assurance principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Curious, investigative mindset focused on understanding root causes of issues.
- Clear communicator who can coach and collaborate with production team members.
