Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Manager for its Niles, Illinois site (1st shift). The manager drives corrective action and continuous improvement by reviewing audit results, assessing the severity of findings and helping customers and business partners maintain product integrity and trademarks. The role works closely with external parties and cross-functional teams, and involves managing complex regulatory issues.

Key responsibilities

• Review audit results, identify the severity of findings and support customers and business partners in keeping product integrity and trademarks intact
• Build relationships with external parties and collaborate to help the company meet financial goals while exchanging feedback on product-service issues and solving problems
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and lead capital construction on high-profile projects using established procedures and new approaches
• Manage complex regulatory issues affecting products and ingredients, including automatic replacement periods and material safety data sheets
• Interact with government officials to represent the company or the soft drink industry and explain complex scientific data, reports or issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience, or a high school diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience
• Preferred: Master's degree

• Salary of $105,840 - $132,300 plus a target bonus
