Quality Assurance and Control Analyst

About the role

The Quality Assurance and Control Analyst ensures that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role develops and implements testing protocols, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and provides data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
• Conduct inspections and evaluations of products at multiple production stages.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Work with engineering and production teams to identify root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay current on industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance quality processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or control analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• Experience with statistical analysis software and quality improvement tools.
• Background in Microbiology is advantageous.
