QMS Manager – Quality Management Leader

About the role

You will lead the QMS team, ensuring efficient execution of quality management system activities and compliance with Philips policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the QMS team, ensuring all quality processes are executed efficiently and in compliance.
• Guide, mentor and develop team members, participating in hiring, performance management and career development.
• Deploy and maintain QMS processes such as document control, training and internal audits across assigned areas.
• Monitor and report on QMS effectiveness by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and implementing action plans.
• Prepare for and support external audits, providing documentation and responding to findings.
• Manage non‑conformance reports, ensuring systematic tracking, resolution and preventive actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive risk mitigation activities to protect product quality and QMS integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality management systems or process engineering.
• Preferred 5 + years of experience with medical device regulations, QMS management, audit hosting, CAPA, root‑cause analysis and data analysis.
