QMS Engineer

About the role

The Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer will develop, implement and continuously improve the company’s QMS in line with ISO 9001. Working across production, engineering and supply‑chain teams, the role promotes a strong quality culture and supports ongoing process discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, records) to meet ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, conduct and support internal QMS, manufacturing process, supplier and customer audits, and track findings.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), verify their effectiveness and report metrics for management reviews.
• Maintain quality records, ensure traceability and data integrity.
• Provide training on QMS procedures, quality tools and standards, and promote continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience as a QMS or Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, internal auditing and quality‑system documentation.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, CAPA management and root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
