Senior Program Manager, Shipbuilding

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large‑scale shipbuilding programs for both commercial and government customers. The role oversees the full lifecycle from contract award through production, delivery, and sustainment, balancing high‑throughput manufacturing with mission‑specific flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program delivery, accountable for cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Partner with production teams at Franklin, LA and Brownsville, TX to plan and execute rate production of autonomous and manned vessels.
• Manage configuration strategy for common hulls supporting multiple mission packages and kits.
• Lead customer engagement, contract management, risk mitigation, and reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 9+ years of program management experience in large‑scale production, shipbuilding, or complex defense programs.
• Proven ownership of cost, schedule, and scope on significant programs.
• Eligibility for a secret security clearance (active preferred).
